At Motto we care about the protection of your valuables, and your streams are valuable. We support a variety of tools that enable you to restrict access to your content to only those that are meant to be viewing it. Geo-blocking, VPN blocking, hotlink prevention, domain pinning, entitlement verification and DRM are all such features, and can be turned on without hassle!

Rulesets

Rights protection (or: video protection) In Motto works with the concept of rulesets. A ruleset is a collection of rules that are applied to one or more videos. A rule can be as simple as “block all traffic from the United States” or “do not allow VPNs to access this video”. By having a ruleset separate from the video, you can easily attach the same ruleset to multiple videos, or change the ruleset without having to change each individual video.
